Brown based lippies...What do you think?

So, I have had some requests for brown based lippies and so far all my attempts have failed. My instinct, because brown looks wretched on me is to peach it up. This is the first one that actually looks brown and goes on brown with a hint of warm rose. The swatches on the left are natural light and the ones on the right are with flash. The swatches with flash look a little orange, but in real life the shade does look brown.

What do you look for in a brown lippie?
